and a piece of dried laver seaweed.
・We also offer another version of the Char-Siu Ramen coming with a double amount of the char-siu.
・The soup is made from “special miso sauce”, a blend of saikyo miso and white miso, and has a nice mild flavor.
・Topped with napa cabbages, beef, gluten cakes in the shape of Japanese maples, and green onions.
